Such an enormous facility in itself makes Rajhans Nutriments, one of the third largest chocolate factories of India. With all the best-in-class facilities, quality control unit and expert chocolate makers, Schmitten imports finest cocoa from Ghana and Switzerland. The expert chocolatiers at Schmitten make each chocolate using European technology with a range of machinery sourced from the UK, Denmark, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland. Brand Schmitten and its sub-brand Hoppits are perfectly moulded into heavenly indulgence while wrapping the chocoholics in a taste of luxury like never before. Infused with the ‘luxury’ in its purest form, Schmitten Chocolates have gone beyond to create a sensorial delight. Generally, the industrial sector in India faces the problem of ‘underutilization’ of industrial capacities. Textile
Rajhans (Desai-Jain) Group owns a notable share in the textile industry as well. In the year 2005, the Group furthered its position in the textile Industry by setting up another dyeing-processing mill at Kadodara in Surat i.e. ‘Rajhans Poly-Prints Pvt. Ltd. This accomplishment is touted as a stepping stone to the first venture of Group’s textile wing, ‘Rajhans Silk Mills Pvt. Ltd which was set up at Sachin in 1997. At present, the textile arm of Rajhans has the capacity to produce over 2 lakh meters of textile goods. The Group is eyeing to enter the high-end linen, shirting and trouser segment soon.

Hospitality
Encouraged by the philosophy of ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’, the Group envisioned enormous scope in the Hospitality Industry by establishing a high-end chain of Enjoy Restaurant and an exclusive Sizzling Salsa eatery for sizzler-lovers. Currently the hospitality wing operates as many as 10 premium chains of ‘Enjoy Restaurant’ across the most happening addresses. The hospitality segment is very much loved by hundreds of thousands of people and the food is really appreciated by different foodies. Rajhans Hospitality is planning to start 30 new ‘Enjoy Restaurant’ in the coming year. Being one of the leading names in the hospitality sector, the Group has further expansion plans to open 5-star hotels in Shirdi, Vaishno Devi and Tirupati in next two-and-a-half years.

An energetic and passionate personality, Mr. Jayesh B. Desai has been leading the Group since the inception. He is a first-generation entrepreneur, an exemplary leader and an instrumental force behind the success of the Rajhans Group.
Mr. Jayesh Desai began his entrepreneur journey in 1996 with an edible oil venture. Being a strong leader in his forte, his vision enabled Group’s foray in the Real Estate, Confectionery, Entertainment, E-commerce, Hospitality and Textile business. A versatile man with strong business acumen, Mr. Desai heads planning and strategic business development and plays an active role in developing business strategy for the Group. He is really instrumental in Group’s overall growth. Mr. Desai is a man with farsighted vision having innate quality of making most of every business opportunity at optimum level. Being a dedicated philanthropist in his own right, Mr. Desai spearheads social welfare activities thereby playing his active part for the society. His philosophy of 'customer happiness through delightful products and services' is very the driving force of the Group.
Such a leader with exceptional eminence, Mr. Desai was featured on the cover page of Forbes India titled, ‘Indian Business Legends’ 2021 and in 2022, he was once again featured in Forbes India’s exclusive edition titled, ‘India’s 100 Richest’. Mr. Shivlal Jain is a dynamic and committed leader with intrinsic decision-making ability which is a result of his extensive experience and incredible dedication. Whenever it comes to accounts, costing and taxation, he’s the man who rules the roost. With his finance par excellence, he dexterously manages each and every financial aspects ensuring nothing remains uncalculated. A person admired by everyone in the Group for his commitment, dedication and flexible approach towards work, Mr. Shivlal Jain is looked upon as a mentor who leads by example. A key person in the success story of the Group, his wisdom and experience has have become invaluable assets for the Group.

MS. PRIYANSHI NAIR, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO GROUP CHAIRMAN
Often known as the Women of Power and Compassion, she is the Executive Assistant of the Group Chairman and have been recognized as Shadow Leader. With a high profile Management job, her key role is to get involved in planning long term business strategies and representing along with or in absence of Chairman in key business meetings. With her razor sharp mind of meticulous planning and her business acumen, she is the bridge between the Chairman and other key departments across the group to ensure proper communication and effective execution. She treads the fair line of being eyes and ears of the Chairman helping him to take well informed and balanced decisions.

MR. KULDEEP SINGH SISODIYA - COO
Self-driven and committed, Kuldeep Singh Sisodiya has more than 17 years of experience under his belt in the fields of hospitality, finance and entertainment. Having handled diverse functions in his past metiers, he brings a wide range of competencies that duly add value to his current responsibilities. He leads planning and execution of all aspects of the multiplex in a way that communicates Group's vision and similarly translates the objectives into measurable goals. He is the one who determines the direction of cinema businesses by working with the upper management. Focused on excellent operating procedures, he doesn't compromise when it comes to training, recruiting and appraising the staff so as to maintain a conducive work environment.
